How many times have I seen "withdrawl" instead of withdrawal on a patient chart. When I mentioned it to my co-worker, the keyboard wizard transcriptionist, she in her 45-year-old wisdom replied..."Well, HOW do you spell it?" How many boy children are listed in the birth records as Jermey, rather than the intended, Jeremy?

Do it right has been replaced by Get it DONE. If one thinks about it...the consequences of that have become more tragic than funny.
