Why doesnt this director ever post her winners. Her name was all over the boards before the pageant now there is nothing from her. I understand that directors are tired and worn out but how about at least posting a list of winners.

Unfortunately, every year that this pageant has been in existance, there have been problems. The director is a nice lady and tries to do the right thing, but it never works out that way.
Three things that would make a BIG difference would be:
1. Have more than 2 judges. For Heaven's sake, it's a National.
2. Get someone to assist you, director You need more help.
This system is a lot of fun, but certain things need to be reviewed.
3. Have it at decent location. The ballroom is nice, the "motor inn" is a dive!

and stand by your winners. When you fall off the face of the earth it looks like you are not proud of your winners. That tends to make your winners feel as if you dont value them.

Unfortunately, she does this EVERY year.
She dissappears for 10 months, and then about 2 months before her Nationals, she reappears. NOT COOL! :(
She NEVER UPDATES the website either.
It could be a good system, there is something for everyone, but needs a 'much improved' director.
