Hi everyone. My name is Rhiannon and I have been trying to find an answer to this question for a few months. It makes sense to me that anything that is put into the body will have some effect on the psyche. I haven't found much on this subject, but from what I have found, it seems anything that stimulates the pineal gland (melatonin and lecithin are two supplements that come to mind) helps stimulate the psychic senses as well. I've also read that vitamin B12 is helpful. Chamomile tea (maybe just because it is relaxing?) and anything that helps with mental clarity I would think would be helpful, but I don't know for sure. In many of the books I've read keeping well hydrated seems to be important. I really would like some more answers to this question, but I'm having a hard time finding any. It must be just that it is difficult to tell what foods increase psychic awareness- it's kind of tough to measure.
