Sidney Nelson Bedore (Bedard) 1883-Born in Stephenson, Michigan, son of Louis Joseph Bedore (Bedard) 1863-1886 and Adeline Fournier 1859-?

1917-Marriage to Anna Lou Matthews (1878-1962) She also was an Artist and painted several murals still displayed in West High School in Green Bay, Wisconsin

1921-1955
Occupation: Artist and Sculptor, (Lived in Wisconsin, Michigan and Florida)

1922-Sculptor: "Theodore Roosevelt" statue at Benton Harbor, Michigan, USA. Sidney Bedore's first great work of Theodore Roosevelt, unveiled in 1922

1931- Sculptor: "The Spirit of the Northwest", Green Bay, Brown County, Wisconsin. The statue stands on the courthouse lawn in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The statue consists of a member of the Outagamie tribe, Father Claude Allouez, S. J., a French Missionary, and Nicholas Perrot, first governor of the old Northwest Territory.

1939 -1951
Sculptor: "Statue of Jean Nicolet" located in Red Banks, Brown County, Wisconsin. Commissioned in 1939, dedicated on 03 Jun 1951, and the statue was paid for by pennies donated by Wisconsin school children.

1955, Died at St. Petersburg, Florida
