This election comes down to three things Economy(should be in full swing this spring) Iraq (could be a thorn in Bush's side) and Family Values (ask the south/midwest), and the demorcatic candidate needs to embrace these three ideas and have solutions.

I agree that we don't know much about Edwards's positions except he is just in his first term in Congress and a former trial lawyer (that says a lot), he has for the most part taken the high road in his speeches, not making any excuses for his vote on Iraq.

As for Kerry, he should be working for IHOP because all he does is waffle. On NAFTA, Taxes and Iraq, he has changed his position from his voting record to his speeches, even making excuses for his vote on Iraq. He is a typical Mass. liberal.

I am bias, since I am a Bush fan, but in the right circumstance I would vote for Lieberman- HE GETS IT

For any democrat to win, they need to go back to the middle to appeal to the 20-30% independant vote out there, don't keep on bashing Bush;just have solutions and DON'T IGNORE THE SOUTH. Besides being crucial in the presidental elections, there could be a huge swing in congress especially with the 5 or 6 retiring southern democrat senetors. This will be important getting Bush's judicial nominees to a vote.
