Well, what I was looking for in response to my question, was more of a concrete plan. Not that I expect you to write a 20 page thesis, but be able to put down what you think would be "milestones". For example, having the question of sex on applications for jobs removed in order to create more equality in the work force. I understand that that is usually a voluntary part of applications now, or on a seperate sheets all together. But it's these kinds of changes that I was interested in hearing about.
