I was a Globeite that went to Miami High my soph, junior, and senior years. For a year and a half, while still living in Globe, my dad used to drop me off at the Copper Hills on his way to work at the mines so I could walk up the road to school, and I'd hide in the bathroom of the Copper Hills for an hour or so before walking up to MHS. It was almost like home. I was afraid that the staff would kick me out of my hiding place, but they never did. What a way to remember one of the nicest places in the Globe-Miami area, as a place to hole-up before being allowed in school.
