Was this person any relation to Bob Blanco or Mr. Blanco who was the principal for a long time at Central School?

Probably. I know there were a couple of Blanco families in Globe. Frank and Angie Blanco (great people) owned Nob Hill Grocery (where they sold the best ever, world class Championship Longhorn Cheddar Cheese). Then there was the Mr. Blanco of Central School fame. I believe the families are related, but am not sure. The names of the children I know of are Bob and Mary Ann and Frank and Kelly.

However, since I am not genetically gifted with the ability to keep my own family's genealogy in proper perspective, much less the geneaology of other families I am reluctant to speculate any more than that. When attending reunion committee members, I was utterly shamed by the genealogy talents of the other commmittee members. They could remember who dated who in high school (including many years after graduation), who was related to whom, who they married (and divorced and remarried in some cases), and how many children they had. I feel good when I can remember the names of my three daughters.

It's got to be a DNA strand rendered inert within my brain cells.
