Leo's head snapped back from the force of the blow delivered to his skull. He lay still for a few moments, then his head shot back up. Leo's eyes literally flashed red, as he let out a snarl. His hand shot up, and grabbed Guile's throat. At the same time, he wrenched one of his legs free, and gave Maniac a hard boot to the jaw.
Yes, you can feel the power, can't you?. Unleash it. Destroy him. Leo's hand went against his will, and started to crush Guile's windpipe. Leo let out another snarl, and ripped his hand from Guile's throat with his other arm. "No! Never again will you control me. NEVER!" Leo rolled away, into a crouching position. Why do you fight it? It is futile, you realize. I WILL have my way. Leo let out a cry of pain as spikes shot out of his spine. "...no..." was all he could say. Leo was obviously trying to fight off whatever it was that was happening to him. The spikes slowed their growth, then after several moments, stopped altogether. After a few long moments, the spines retracted into his spine again, and his eyes returned to normal. Leo collapsed on the ground. He was obviously taxed from the incident; his hair was drenched in sweat, and his breath came in rapid, shallow bursts.
