"Ah, well," Vance tried in vain to stifle a yawn, "I shall be going to sleep as well. I have a feeling that we're all going to need our rest." He bid the occupants of the dining room adieu and made his way sleepily up the stairs and found himself an empty room. He stripped and filled the bath with warm water and sunk low in it, relaxing. "Ah, how did I find myself here anyway?" he said quietly to himself, and he had to laugh. "Well, better than being locked in a dungeon for the rest of my life!" he finished bathing and redressed, then literally fell onto the bed and instantly fell asleep.
