Victor started the engine on the boat up, and looked around. He looked out at the English Channel, which definately didn't look to hospitable at the moment. The storming clouds in the distance painted a gloomy picture, and for some reason, Victor began to wax nostalgic.
It had been a long way here. The mission of a unified AniDimensional team began a while ago, when Victor had first joined, and Tseng had sent them to investigate a strange girl and witch named Montrose. Victor had had experience with her before, so he had been eager to begin the mission. The first stage was in New Orleans and the surrounding area, where the team investigated Montrose's deeds and then confronted her for the first time.
Montrose disappeared at the end of that encounter, and then, after the regrouping at AniDimensional, the team had been divided into two units, each with a different mission. Unit I, Victor's unit, was now in what remained in Europe after a magical World War II, and it wasn't a pretty sight. Unit II was in Tokyo of the same world, and god-only knew what was going on, since Victor had no means of contacting them.
At any rate, Victor's team had met up with an old AniDimensional employee named Evan Blakeney, who had given the unit new equipment, and information about a goddess that Victor and Edward believed was possesing Montrose. Her name was Lyunea. Now, the unit was heading across the English Channel, which supposedly had some sort of magical defense in it to make travel between the British Isles and the mainland next to impossible by boat. However, that's the way Unit I was going. Now, the Unit would be heading to the mainland, probably landing in what used to be France, and from there trek to Germany, where it was believed Lyunea was residing.
Victor looked around, and saw Frieza and Redd getting ready to leave, since they would be flying ahead to scout out the situation. Victor saw Hiyuu, Vegeta, Edward, Goldias, Raziell, and Mardrave were on the boat. Victor then steered the boat out of the dock, and it began heading toward the storm.
(Note: The boat is a patrol boat, so there is a compartment below for everyone to rest.)
