Vegeta had just floated in midair where Redd had left him, watching everybody make some sort of attempt at finishing the dragon creature off. He didn't even bother to move when Redd's flame engulfed him, he appeared to be floating within a protective bubble. Vegeta hadn't expected Tetsuo to use the Taiyoken technique, so he curseed himself whe the blinding light robbed Vegeta of his sight until the fight was over.
Vegeta sensed Redd's presence near that of Frieza's, and there was no doubt in his mind that she was roughing up the unfortunate alien. Vegeta slowly descended to the ground, landing next to Redd, staring down at Frieza.
"Easy Redd. Easy. We'll want him in one piece for the duration of this mission," began Vegeta, an evil smile forming on his lips, "Besides, I get first dibs on kicking his ass, I owe it to him."
