There was an article in a New England paper about this today - there are two types of "sleep paralysis"; you know, when you are just waking, or just falling asleep and you feel like you can't move your limbs. In this state (hypnogogic and hypnopompic, sp?)people experience hallucinations that are so real to them that they can pass a lie detector test. They are absolutely convinced they're real. Sleep medicine experts say that this is most probably the explanation for people who are convinced they have been abducted by aliens, seen ghosts, etc.

Back in 1968, I saw a round,bright,orange ball shaped object that seemed to "bounce" in the sky like a ping-pong ball. It was VERY bright in color. It came within 10 feet of me, hovered right in front of me for about 30 seconds,then shot straight up out of sight at lightning speed! It was about 10 feet across.

I saw a B-2 bomber (the one that looks like a flying wing), fly over Absecon Island and then it flew out over the ocean and then it made a u-turn and went back west to wherever it came from.

I was walking on the boardwalk in Ventnor and it went right over me.

It was a beautiful, sunny day.

This happened last year. It might have been in September or October. It might have had something to do with an airshow that they were having on the mainland, but, I don't think so.

There were other people on the boardwalk, but they couldn't have cared less! They didn't even look up!

I wish that I had a camera.

Pinky mentioned this on his show, too, so I guess that he saw it.
