Hi,

This is a story that I have been looking into too. I find that these stories about lost aircraft or the "holy grail" of lost aircraft are always slightly out of reach of the average diver. I am also a technical diver who has switched onto a rebreather and would like to have a go at looking for this one. The "holy grail" stories are always very deep but someone found it but is now unavailable to talk to and Wastwater is a lake where you cant run boats with engines so deploying a technical diver would be quite difficult. I still think that doing a side scan sonar sweep of the lake would be interesting and put any myths to bed for good.
