Date Posted: 09:53:40 03/24/02 Sun CURSE OF THE FLY is basically a knock-off of the original plot - teleportation gone horribly wrong - with the Delambre family once more meddling where they shouldn't (do they never learn?!). In this, there isn't a single person who gets mixed up with a fly - rather, there are a couple of mutants hiding out back, who look a bit scabby and make buzzing sounds (i.e., implying that they've been screwed up with fly genes). There's also a mental patient (your standard "Vacant Fluff" sort of female character) who noses around and eventually discovers the experiments. Some fighting happens, and the head of the Delambre clan ends up dead. The credits then state, "THE END...?" which, given which film was to come, is rather accurate! :) Anyway, that was CURSE OF THE FLY in a nutshell. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
