In her mind's eye, Nao saw an explosion. knowing peacetime was over, she jumped up in the middle of her teacher's lecture about god knows what and ran outside. She saw smoke rising from a nearby building, and she transformed quickly. the others would eventually get there.
In mid strid, a debiru crystal came flying at her and buried itself in her chest. She screamed in surprise, and slid accross the pavement. she struggled to stay consious, and fought the thing inside her trying to copy her.
"Get OUT!!!!!!!!!!!" she yelled, the air suddenly becoming charged with electricity. The crystal burst out of her, and befor it had a chance to fly away, she caught it. Dammit!, she thought. they really pulled a low blow on this one...
She knew if she let the crystal go, it would turn into a debiru version of herself, and she really didn't think she could hold it forever. an explosion above her sent debris flying all over the place. Just then, the crystal shot through her hand and went flying in the other direction.
Then she saw Dark Akito. he nearly ran her over, but she cauht him, and they both went tumbing to the ground. This caused the remaining two crystals to be tossed out of his hands. nao ran to destroy them, Dark Akito ran to stop her, but she was slightly faster. She fried them with a single blow, but was knocked to the floor by a charging Dark Akito.They slammed hard into the building, sending a large hunk of it tumbling down on top of them...
