There are two ways to get the 5 degree angle. First you can buy a tilting machinists vice and mount it on the table of your drillpress. This allows you to drill each side separately at any angle you desire.

Other callmakers drill the chamber out straight down and then use a sanding attachment on the drillpress to angle the sides from the inside out. This last way is more time consuming but makes a beautiful chamber. The sanding attachment and a bag of 80 grit pads for it will cost you about $12.00 at Woodcraft Supply.
