I agree the new board takes some getting used to, and I dislike the felling of everyone confined in little boxes like that -- its silly, maybe, since its all in our imagination anyway, but I think being able to get up close (sorta face-to-face :o) to the person you're addressing in the threads is really nice, and that's why I didn't choose the table format for this site ....

On the other site I'm finding I use the Active topics list alot .... when I run out of threads with new posts in one Forum I just click on Active topics in the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page and I can see just the new posts I haven't read yet. Saves some clicks and hunting around at least ... but you're probably using it already :o)
