Unfortunately that's who I'm trying to exclude(non NDN Rednecks). The tax exempt route would allow The Church of the World Creator(white supremacists), Boy Scouts(legal discrimination). I wish it were as easy as a redneck test: If you and your wife moved to California and got a divorce, would you still legally be brother & sister? Do you believe that the Jews control the world? Does your church tell you who to vote for or boycot because they're not W.A.S.P.? Do you believe gays & lesbians are doomed to hell? Was going to ask about pickup trucks, trailer houses, hunting & fishing & country music, but then I realised that would include alot NDNs on the rez. I know, if I added rain, trains, prison & mama, I'd have the basics for a country song.... Must be catching the Kangi disease, I'm wandering away from the subject. Anyone hear from her yet?........ Anyway, it's difficult to come up with a way to fairly decide who should be elgible to use the property and not seem like we're discriminating without leaving the door open to everyone...OPK...
