I go for a daily walk every morning. It works wonders. There's something about fresh air and blue skies [or rain, whichever comes my way] that makes me feel more alive.

I've been gone for two weeks due to a death in the family. That's always hard and stressful, but I found that my 30-minute morning walk made a big difference in my ability to deal with it.

Life just looks a little brighter when you've had a brisk walk, a hot shower, and a good cup of coffee.

Hang in there.
