Your feelings certainly are understandable.

My first choice would be what lagirl recommends -- that always picked me up too. I'm not physically able to do those things anymore. I've found that just riding it out works for me, if there are things I can't really talk about publicly. I don't take it as seriously as I did in the past because I know I've always been able to find my way out. Sooner or later something happens in my life that will make me think "You know, life isn't so bad after all."

My cat did it for me this morning. He was sitting in my lap, looking at me and purring sweetly - then he belched.

Hope you can find your way outta these blues soon.
