boy does my stomach churn over that one. I'd hate to have to go through that process and have it overturned. Fortuately the three that he approved in that December that stood were because we all went the Congressional route so it had the effect of law.

I wonder why that is unless they just have unusual sway with legislators.

I've been working on that for decades and I haven't 'perfected' it yet.

I think that's pretty much the way it is in most inclusive tribes. maybe moreso in mine (and Cherokee) since we don't have BQ requirements.
