As I landed outside where she'd said she was staying, Jes ran out to meet me, running into my arms.

"Geez, Jes-chan. I missed you too, but it's only been six days."

She almost burst into tears, "J.T.-chan, I'm turning into Star X.!"

I hugged her closer and kissed her, "You look cute with elf ears."

She pulled back slightly, and *THWAP!*

"You're incorrigible."

"Only for you, My love."

"What do we do?"

"I don't know. Amanda and Tay were going to contact Joe and Alex while I came here. And we're probably not the only ones affected... Plus something strange happened on the way here..."

"J.T., you're babbleing again."

"Sorry. But we have to get to Dalton..."

"How do we explain it?"

"Do we explain it?"

"J.T.!"

"Wha-hat? It's not like they need to know."

An annoying voice interrupted our conversation, "Jes? Is someone there with you? If there is, I'm telling Mom!"

The Brat WOULD show up then...
