Chaplin is mentioned on a list of <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.visi.com/~markg/atheists.html">"Famous Dead Non-Theists"</a>. His supporting quote is as follows:

quoted in Manual of a Perfect Atheist</i></blockquote>

However, in the articles section of <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Screen/7157/chaplin/articles/quotes.html">"Charlie Chaplin UK"</a> he is quoted as saying "I neither believe nor disbelieve in anything.", which suggests that he is an agnostic.

Atheist? Agnostic? Other? Can anyone clarify? Any information would be appreciated.
