Finally someone else recognizes it from that Disney movie :)! Yes, it is that song, although it's actually a work by classical music composer Tchaikovsky...I forget what the actual name of the song is. Chaplin loved classical music and used bits in several of his films, such as that song and another song called "Flight of the Bumblebee" (forget the composer) during the scene where Black Larson tells Charlie to "Get out!" of the cabin earlier in the movie.
