Subject: chaplin as vegetarian

In reference to your message about Chaplin being a vegetarian, I don't think we could really consider him as being a vegetarian: he did eat fish, as is documented in both his autobiography and in the biography written by his second wife, Lita Grey Chaplin. Interesting, though, how this seems to be a trend with comic writer/director/geniuses: Woody Allen also abstains from eating red meat!
