Subject: Bubbles, Inc.?

Say, does anyone know anything about a company called "Bubbles, Inc."? Apparently they issued a bunch of Chaplin merchandise in the 70s and 80s. I have found several items at E-bay.com that have the name Bubbles, Inc. on them. In fact, a few of my own collectables have that same logo. And it seems to be only on things to do with Chaplin.
Any information on them would be greatly appreciated. (I can find nothing about them on the web.) Thanks.
