Feeling tired and vaguely certain she knew enough to not get herself killed while trying to walk around she returned to the living room and collasped into a bean bag. Tears stun her sightless eyes but she shed none. She hadn't cried for years now and wasn't going to start again now.

"Angel."

She murmured and the elf owl landed in her lap and tugged playfully at her shirt with her beak. The girl ingored her and felt for a window. Feeling no heat from the sun on the glass she guessed it was night time.

"Another night?"

Day and night were no different to her.
