P.O.S. M3 in FLA

My 2002 M3 has had problems since day one. It has less than 10,000 mile on it and has had the gear unit changed twice. The first time it wouldn.t go into reverse. The repair worked for about 10 months. Then the transmission light went on..BMW changed the hyhdrolic fluid, it broke down 2 days later. They replaced the gear unit again and did the oil rod recall work and I was almost killed 3 days later when the car would spontaneously go into neutral from higher gears with no ability by me to put it back into a gear, then it would jump by itself back into whatever gear it was in to begin with...my car is a lemon and a dog...I am waiting to hear from BMW to see what recourse I have..I defintiely would NOT purchase another BMW
