I am the owner of an E46 M3 2001, with 58000 miles. car has never been hit, over a curb, or anything out of the ordinary. My tray across the trunk, rear crossmember and rear seats are ripping away from frame rails. this is a catastrophic structural failure. Car is being flat bedded to habberstad bmw dealer, and I will soon find out how BMW is going to react.
