I agree that a suit can go faster, if things work out well. I also agree with Tom that it'd be nice to have the option of returning the car for what we paid, especially those like myself who paid well over MSRP. Further, I totally agree that we must form some entity, probably an LLP or similar, to keep the funds and the liability insulated from individual owners.

I've been researching what to do and will post my ideas ASAP. Any suggestions will vertainly be appreciated.

One thing I don't necessarily want it a 'gift certificate' towards another BMW. How many cars do we need? I don't place much value on those at all. I want a safe engine, an extended warranty, and whatever cash is reasonable compensation.
