it is like saying, I sold you a POS but sorry, here, roll the dice and buy another from me. Trade in your POS so I can fleece you on the value, and then pay me MSRP or more for giving me another chance to deliver a reliable car.

No thanks. Sounds like the AMway suit years ago. They were sued and offered to give Amway certificates for the amount they lost. Yea, right...I don't think so.
