When Inverness Caley were admitted to the Scottish Football League their submission included a PROMISE to build a 10,000 seater stadium within 2 years. They have never done so. How can anyone take them seriously against that background, I am glad the SPL have not been conned in the same way the SFL were.

If they had kept their promises, there would be no issue here so rather than blaming us, some of their fans should maybe take a wee look a bit closer to home.

Also if Lex Gold had not 'flown a kite' and phoned ICT up and suggested to them to make a ground sharing application AFTER the deadline, a clear breach of his fiduciary duty plus ethically and morally wrong, we would not have this shambles.

Aberdeens stance particularly smacks of hypocrisy, After all, they were saved one year because of the 10,000 seat rule and they are now complaining that we abstained saying everyone should exercise their vote. Surely morally better to abstain on an issue where you have a vested interest, maybe something Wyness and Milne should consider.

There is a very simple solution to all of this. Partick Thistle have never pretended this is about anything other than money (and fairness). ICT, Aberdeen, Pie Boy, etc claim it is a simple football issue. If that is the case, presumably ICT would be prepared to waive their share of TV income, and other league distributions to member clubs as they have not incurred the costs, and this money could be paid to Thistle instead. If it is simply a football issue, that seems a fair compromise and in such a situation I would be delighted to be relegated. It will never happen, because it is only about cash and there would be much more respect for ICT who have cheated their way through the Scottish League system with broken promises if they would just admit its all about the cash.

Quite incredibly, threats of violence have been made by the ICT support (average age 11.2) towards Gigantic Heid Britton, Whyte and some PTFC fans. This is not an issue about Partick Thistle, it is an issue about the SPL.

Rant over.

FTOF (and ICT).
