Subject: the last post

So far this season, I am aware that Ewan, John McKenzie, Andy and Grant have all been asked to play/have played for Mayfield on multiple occassions.

So far this season, no Mayfield players have played for Almond Valley.

When I discovered Martin had pledged Valley players to Mayfield at their AGM, I had an exchange of emails with him on this subject.

On 6 May at 7:20 am, Martin sent me an email which included 'Alternativly to them asking us for players, if we are short any sunday they will be more than happy to play for us.'

On 6 May at 6:26 pm, I replied, including 'I predict they will need our guys more than us needing them from what I have been told but I could be wrong'

Just wondered what has changed since 6 May.

If the members get a vote on the change of name, someone can use my proxy to vote NO. I think Almond Valley has a much better ring to it than Mayfield Feeder Club XI.
