Subject: Players - PLEASE READ

The need for players is now getting down the the final straw. I have never had a full team for any game this season without having to spend all week phoning around. So if anyone knows anyone who wants to play or would like to play ocasional please get in touch with me. As things stand at the moment by the end of the season we won't have enough players to field a side in any of the games, which in long side looks pretty gloom for the future of Almond Valley CC as we know it.
So please help!
If everyone could come to practise this week (tues 17th june 6:30pm) to discus to above issue. As things stand I'm getting fed up phoning around every week and trying to borrow players from other clubs and may look to pursuing league cricket only.
