I have just recovered from pissing myself at your inclusion of Khan. The guy only looks half-decent (in my humble and understated opinion) cause the Indian seam attack is as weak as water. Even the semi-retired, semi-OAP Srinath makes him look poor. If he goes for less than 6 an over against England, Pakistan and Australia and anyteam from groupB that makes it to the supersixes he will have done very well indeed. My picks would be:

Batters:
Gayle
Gibbs
Astle
Ponting
Yohanna

Bowlers:
Lee
Lawson
Bond

If there is going to be a real suprise star in the early rounds it will be Canada's young wicketkeeper / batsman Ashish Bagai, a very good keeper, especially standing up, and sensible batsman
