The 'complainers' are totally hacked off and will NOT be touring. There will be no last minute change of heart as you seem to think. When letters go out at different times and you only get yours after other people start pulling out, you don't exactly feel wanted allegedly. Interestingly, if the complainers are who I think you mean, historically they were always the first to pay. Anyway, you shouldn't be bothered as you always thought you could get 12 without them.

Martin posted on this Board that he had 12 confirmed, the list being below but I know at least two who cannot go which is what I said last time and got pelters for. The list is :

Gordon Brown

How many of that 12 are complainers who havent paid John?

My own position is straightforward. As Martin will verify, I have paid not only my deposit but the full whack. As i have stated recently, I think tour will be excellent and am looking forward to going away with some different faces. Tour is priority number one among all of my potential summer jaunts but I am concerned about getting to 20 May and finding we only have 6 tourists, having declined another couple of weekends away and ending up with no summer jaunts. I am therefore in a position that I cannot wait until 20 May to decide and may therefore have to pull out. Hopefully it won't come to that, but lets make sure the people to blame for the current uncertainty are correctly identified rather than just the usual suspects.
