Apart from the two people that have said that they will not be touring, I should still have 10 who said they would be going. (where are they now!) The only late letter's sent out were to 3 people that said they would'nt be touring anyway. Apart from them the rest of the team's letter's got posted on the same day.

Sandy, when is the latest you would like to know the numbers, so that you can sort out your plans. I can easily phone people (just say) at the end of the month to get them to commit to tour or forget the whole thing.
