Subject: Toshiba Laptop problem

Hi,

I have an old Toshiba laptop (Satellite 200CDS). I don't know any history on it as it was sitting in the back of a storage room. The laptop looks to be in good condition but when you power it up, nothing happens accept the hard drive starts. There is no display, no fan, but the power indicator is green and the green "A" light often flashes a couple of times. It seems like the hard drive is getting power but the rest of the computer is not. Any ideas?
