Subject: Laptop CPU replacement?

I have a HP laptop N3190 With a 466 celeron CPU. It overheats if I play a DVD otherwise it seems to run ok. The fan is good but only runs when unit is near overheating and only runs briefly. I wired the fan directly to 5v and the time it takes to overheat went from 15 minutes to approximatly an hour. I purchased a replacement CPU but need to know how to remove it from its socket? CPU type is SL3KD-KP.
