Subject: Flash failure TI Extensa 650CDT

hello ,
I have a TI extensa 650 CDT .
Problem was the last owner lost his setup loginpaswoord.
Is there a way to sove this old one. ????

We also try to do a Flash update from V1.0 to V 1.08 with
the Flash image from the acer site. During flash there was a message like somethisng as this: " delete flash mem failed "
and as we all know afterwards de laptop can't boot animore.
The flas must be corrupted.

How to solve this ? Is the Acer different from TI ???

I notice there is a 4 switch block on the mainboard - anyone known the meaning of them ???

Who can help please.....
