Subject: Using Mobile Phone With Laptop To Dial Up 2 Internet

I have a Toshiba Satellite 3000-x4 laptop. I am wanting to use my Nokia 6510 mobile to access the internet from my laptop. My mobile has an infrared access on it but as from what i can see my laptop has no infrared port on it how can i add 1 in or has it got one and i have not set it up correctly??
