Subject: How do I install Win 98 on HP Omnibook 900 laptop after disk format

I have an Omnibook 900 laptop with an external floppy or CD, but not both at the same time. I had to format the hard drive but I can not figur out how to reinstall Win 98.

When start it with the floppy connected, it come back with three options
1) Start with CD Rom support
