Okay. I think the lcd light is not working, though the graphics may show up on the monitor. It is very hard to see, so you may need to use a flashlight to see the outlines of the display. The only solution I have used was to replace the lcd with a new one, but only because I had two of the same models. It may be cheaper to replace the bulb located behind the lcd. Careful though, it's a pain in the ass to pry out.
