I've been looking for a Canadian LOTR forum in hopes to discuss my recent passion of LOTR with other LOTR fans but I am not from the Kamloops area. I'm from Alberta. I watched "The Fellowshp of the Rings" over about a year and a half ago with my hubby for the first time, but it wasn't until before Christmas when I really started getting into LOTR. We watched "The Fellowhship" again in November and it was then that I decided to start on the books, starting with "The Hobbit"--we had given the four book-set to my husband for a Christmas present about 3 years back. On Christmas night we watched "The Return of the King" and since, I've watched "The Towers" twice, and "The Fellowship" once more. I'll be watching the The Return of the King" again here real soon.....As well, I'm on the third and final book,"The Return of the King". I've enjoyed ALL of the movies AND the books! The movies were awesome, the books were awesome, loved all of the actors in the movies--thought that each one was the right person to play their part--and I also LOVED the music in all three movies, done by fellow Canadian Howard Shore. Now that I'm hooked, I can't seem to get enough of it!
