Greetings all-I hope you are all well! You wanted to know about the Comic-Con? It was fabulous!! Its held at the Convention Center for 4 days-many things to see! Collectibles-old comics, action figures,etc-
Different booths-Dc Comics-Anime-New line Cinema!!! That was the best-as well-theonering.net had a booth set up-it was cool to be able to meet some of those Guys. When I was at their booth,buying a t-shirt-I went to pay for it and who was standing there? Andy Serkis-Gollum!!!! I talked with him for about 10 min-got his autograph He is soo nice!Really down to Earth. Upstairs there are autograph sessions and panels showing previews of upcoming movies.Robert Englund(Freddy)hosted the New Line Cinema panel-showed a preview of ROTK and Freddy vs Jason. The best part was Richard Taylor-from Sideshow Weta-he was showing how they made the Hobbits feet and costumes. While he was talking-who comes on stage? Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, and Dom Monaghan!!! Then Andy Serkis came on too! It was so cool! Not eveyone was able to get in the room (it could only hold so many) We were very lucky.Also, One of the Uruk Hai was there-in full gear! You want to see scary?? lol. I think if youre planning on going down next July, its cheaper if you buy the tickets now-they're like 45.00us for 3days or something-the web site is www.comic-con.org/ Definately worth seeing!
