Du brauchst ne Stofftasche und ein möglichst dickes Stück Holz 80cm bis 1m lang. Leg dir die Stofftasche geöffnet um den Hals - Henkel nach hinten.
Schieb den Stock durch die Griffe und fang an, den Stock zu drehen (wie einen Propeller).
Mach schnell ein paar enge letzte Umdrehungen (denn nach ca. 1,5 bis 2 Minuten wirst du dazu aufgrund deiner Ohnmacht nicht mehr in der Lage sein - du brauchst also "Vorsprung"). HAken: Du musst dafür sorgen, dass man dich mindestens 24 Stunden nicht findet.
Aber du wirst ohnmächtig sein, da aber der Stock drinbleibt (besonders wenn du dich drauf legst!) wird die Zufuhr konstant zu gering sein. Du bekommst das Sterben Deines Hirns also nicht mit...hat Vorteile, oder?
