Hey Ulli,
danke für den Tipp, hört sich ganz gut an. Hab letztens versucht einfach mit ner plastiktüte überm Kopf zu ersticken, aber ohne Schlaftabletten oder so läuft das wohl nicht, oder man muss schon einen sehr starken Willen haben. Aber das mit der Stofftasche werd ich mal probieren wenn ich das nächste Mal allein zu hause bin
