In the DQ, I can see Janeway finding a way to bring a little Alpha quadrant to Seven and the others on Voyager. A holodeck program of course would be ideal, but what if they happened across a planet in winter and got a lovely R&R deal?
And I can see Seven thinking along the same lines... A melancholy Janeway... Seven might find a way to bring the Alpha quadrant to Janeway to put a smile on her love's face.

On earth, I can see secluding themselves away. Maybe they live regular-time in San Francisco, so they go to Indiana for the actual holiday, spending the holiday fully embraced by family... the whole Traditionalist experience.
Gifts... Oddly I don't see them exchanging gifts in the material sense. Just emotionally experiencing the holiday together with family.
