I just know there have to be more unreleased songs than we have been told about. I believe there must be outtakes hanging around from the recording sessions of each of their albums.
"Don't Worry Baby" is a great song, I really liked B.J. Thomas' recording of it in 1977. Karen's voice is perfect for the song.

It would be great if there was a recording of the Carpenters doing "In My Room". It's a beautiful song.

If Karen were to have sang that song it most likely would have that chill factor. I always thought the Carpenters and the Beach Boys could have done a great duet. The Beach Boys did really well with Chicago on Wishing You Were Here.

B.J. Thomas' version is much more polished than the Beach Boys's.

I always thought B.J. Thomas' vocal was very good on "Don't Worry Baby", although B.J.'s vocals were always excellent. "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head" is one of the greats of all-time, and also a Bacharach composition.
